Promotion Information (for all 8th grade eligible students):
9 AM - 10 AM on the North Field (adjacent to the nursery).
The promotion ceremony will take approximately one hour.
All students will report to their homerooms as usual by 8:00 AM.
Although eligible students will be wearing their promotion gowns, our school’s dress code policy outlined on page 10-12 of our student handbook still applies. (Students WILL NOT be wearing the cap or tassels during the promotion ceremony.)
No balloons or noisemakers will be allowed on campus during the promotion ceremony.
No flowers are to be given to students until after the promotion ceremony.
Seating
for the ceremony will be on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 8:05 AM at the gate near the bike racks off of Claretta Ave. As a courtesy to others guests, please refrain from saving multiple seats for people who have not yet arrived.
Please remember that everyone is present to see a loved one, so please be courteous of others with umbrellas and floral arrangements while seated.
All aisles must be kept clear due to safety requirements.
